A GlobalSpaHub proposal is built around the specific spa it is written for. It is not a template with the brand changed. The proposal sets out the recommended programme — the channels we would activate, the order, the timeline, the team allocated, the deliverables per month and the investment. It usually includes one or two relevant case studies from similar spas.
The proposal request uses the same form above. Tick the relevant services, set the budget band, and add any specific context in the message. If you need to share confidential information — competitor lists, booking volumes, current ad spend — let us know and we will send an NDA for signature before any proposal work begins.
Most proposals are delivered inside five business days. Complex multi-location or franchise proposals can take up to ten. Either way we send a holding email inside 24 hours confirming receipt and the expected delivery date. The proposal is itself free — there is no obligation, and you are welcome to use it as a benchmark against other agencies.
