Case studies — spa businesses we've helped grow.
A case study should answer four questions. Where did the spa start. What did we change. What happened. What would we do differently. We try to answer all four for every engagement below.
The numbers in these cases are reconstructed from real client work. Brand names are composites — combinations of three or four real engagements per persona, kept anonymous to protect commercial detail. The patterns and outcomes are not. We have published only the engagements where the spa owner reviewed and approved the narrative and where the results were independently verifiable via Search Console, GA4, Meta Ads Manager or the client's CRM.
The bias in this collection skews toward day spa and hotel spa, because those are the categories where our engagement volume is highest. We have included a mix of stages — first-quarter launches, year-two compounders, and three-year mature accounts — so a reader can locate themselves on the curve. If you want to read about a category that is not represented here yet, the strategy call is the best route — we can usually share a relevant unpublished case under NDA.
Use the filter chips below to narrow by spa category. Each case links to the relevant service that delivered the result — SEO, AEO, social, digital marketing or design.
Aura Med-Spa — $63 CPL, $2,800 LTV, 4.1× ROAS

Lotus Sands Resort & Spa — custom build, 4.1× year-one ROAS
$112K Next.js build combining treatment, villa and dining reservations. Meta Ads at 50/50 IG/FB for premium 45+ retargeting.
Banyan Veda Ayurveda — Panchakarma bookings doubled in nine months
Website with detailed itineraries. CRM unifying overseas enquiries. WhatsApp automation in three languages.
Bondi Salt Studio — creator partnerships at $0.40 CPL
Six micro-creators in four weeks producing two reels and three stories each. Trackable bookings up 41% inside the quarter.
Marylebone Wellness Lab — WordPress launch in 19 days, six page-one keywords
Theme + Mindbody + FluentCRM. $7.4K all in. Spa SEO programme rolled in from day one.
The pattern across the ten.
Read the case studies side by side and four through-lines emerge. First: the website is always the first lever pulled. Without a fast, mobile-first booking-ready site, every other channel leaks. Second: local SEO and AEO work compound; they are slow to start and impossible to displace once entrenched. Third: paid social is always there, but its share of the budget shrinks over time as organic compounds. Fourth: WhatsApp is the closer in almost every market we operate in.
What you do not see in the case studies is the work that happened invisibly behind them. Every engagement included a baseline 12-point audit, a unified CRM, a weekly performance review, and a quarterly strategy reset with the client. That cadence is the difference between a one-time agency project and a compounding growth partnership. The digital transformation guide covers the operational frame in detail.
If you want to be the next case study, the strategy call is the most useful starting point. We will audit your site, GBP, social and booking flow live with you, and share the same one-page diagnostic our paid clients see in week one.
